No Sweat Intro
STEP 1 is the No Sweat FREE Intro class to get you started with CrossFit
STEP 2 is our On Ramp program.
This is a simple get-to-know you type ppointment (30-60 minutes). We want to learn your fitness background, current goals, injuries, and how we can help you. We will tell you what to expect getting started with CFFR and answers any questions. You have the option to do a 7 minute workout. If you do want to do this please wear athletic clothes and bring water.
