ALL APPOINTMENTS MUST BE BOOKED HERE.
All deposits are non-refundable! 100% of the appointment price due for all no call no shows. Appointments are considered no call no show after 15 minutes. 50% of the appointment price due for canceling with less than 48 hour notice.
IF YOU ARE A NEW CURLY CLIENT: Please book the New Curl Client Service ONLY. If you book any other service, it will be canceled.
DE-TANGLING: If your hair is excessively tangled, there will be a $50 per hour added fee for de-tangling.
CANCELLATION POLICY: I DO NOT OVERBOOK!! Your time is highly valued. Please cancel your appointment 48 hours in advance if you don't plan to make it. If you fail to cancel your appointment within the 48 hour window your deposit will be forfeited. You will need to pay-in-full for your next appointment on the day you schedule it, or your credit card on file will be charged for 50% of the service price.
All color appointments can ONLY
be canceled or rescheduled 48hrs prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Prices and services are subject to be changed at anytime without prior notice.
Service length times do not include drying times. Please try not to have anything booked too close to your appointment times to avoid rushing!
