You will learn basic yoga postures, breath and meditation techniques that make up the foundation for our regular weekly classes. This class is optimal for those who have done little or no yoga before, may need a yoga refresher, or may be recovering from injury. Expect a non-judgmental, welcoming environment where you are free to ask any questions during class. You will come away from the class with more confidence to choose your own options and make adjustments during a regular class.
