Mums & and Bubs is a class to connect with other women & their bubs. Postures suit postnatal mums with class offering safe options to stretch & strengthen the body, breathing exercises (pranayama) & relaxation. Poses help build core strength, strengthen pelvic floor & realign your spine, pelvis & hips. Discussion is held at the end of each week on postpartum topics to help support your motherhood journey.
Suitable for postnatal mums anytime after 6 week postnatal checkup or afte
