1. All deposits are non-refundable. (Deposits must be received at the time of booking or else the appointment does not exist.)
2. All Extensions/ Micro-Loc(install or maintenance)/ Appointments can only be scheduled for 10am appointment slots.
3. Hair is not included. If you are booking extensions, please send a picture of your natural hair and your desired style to Instagram DM @MarlieMahogany (preferred) or email MarlieMahogany@gmail.com (Marlie will inform you of type and quantity of hair that you'll need to achieve your desired style.)
4. Grace Period All appointments have a 15-minute grace period. If you're more than 30 minutes late, you will need to reschedule.
5. Natural hairstyles require a $25 non- refundable deposit. Extensions require a $50 non-refundable deposit.
6. A shampoo is included in your loc maintenance and loose natural hairstyle appointments. (No need to add shampoo service to those appointments).
7. All styles starting prices are listed and varies depending on size and length of your hair and /or desired style.
8. Please come to your appointment with your hair completely detangled from tip to root.
9. DO NOT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU FEEL SICK AT ALL. I HAVE CHILDREN AND LOVED ONES WHO MUST STAY WELL. IF YOU ARRIVE SICK YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL HAVE TO BE RESCHEDULED.
10. IF THE SERVICES YOU WANT DONT FIT IN A APPOINTMENT SLOT, DO NOT BOOK IT THEN CALL OR TEXT TO ADD MORE SERVICES. THIS MEANS THERES NOT ENOUGH TIME TO COMPLETE YOUR SERVICES AND YOU’ll HAVE TO FIND A TIME SLOT THATS AVAILABLE FOR EVERYTHING YOU WANT....
