SUBSCRIPTION POLICY -All lash sets and fills must be completed within a 30-day period from the original appointment. -You must use autuomated email to book future appointments with subscription code. -Payments for fills are recurring on the same date you sign up. -You can cancel subscription at any time. -If you are unable to come in for a fill, you have the option to upgrade to a new set within active subscription. -Any lash style and any fill can be selected including bottom lashes & color. -No same day or resheduling fees. -Late fee and cancellation fees do apply.
