Does your child have a birthday coming up and you'd like to do something special for them? Host a birthday party at the KC Campus for Animal Care! You'll have a tour of the KC Campus for Animal Care where you'll learn about the work we do at the shelter, see dogs and cats looking for new homes, and more then host a party in our Education Pavilion. Proceeds from this benefit the pets at our shelter. 100% of the proceeds of these event support the pets at our shelter.

Appointments for In-Person Tours of the campus can be made starting in August.

Please fill out this form if you have never fostered a dog for KC Pet Project and you are wanting to pick up. You'll go through an orientation meeting with our Canine Foster Coordinator and look at dogs to foster. You do not fill out this form if you are doing a Dog Day Out.

Please select this option if you have previously fostered at least one dog for KC Pet Project. If you have never fostered for KC Pet Project or have only participated in the Dog's Day Out program, please fill out the New Foster Appointment - Dog form.

Please use this link to schedule your appointment for spay/neuter for your adult cat. We are only accepting appointments of owned, tame cats by Kansas City, MO residents for the event on November 12th. Your appointment will be confirmed by our team. Drop off for surgery will be between 7-8am on Sunday, November 12th with pick ups between 3-5pm.
