Join the yoga community on Thursdays with Lindsay! This is an opportunity to develop a really solid foundation for movement and breathing awareness that helps you to improve mobility, strength and balance while also reducing symptoms related to pain, stress and mental health. Expect slow, gentle movement that is both doable and challenging. We'll also laugh a bit, relax and support each other!
