Craniosacral therapy is a method of tuning into the whole body system to see where any imbalances may lie that would like to be shifted from the body, or where any particular areas of issue (emotional or physical) may arise as a priority to be addressed and reorganised.
It is a gentle therapy for children, with very subtle touch.
