Please ensure you have downloaded the Zoom app prior to the class. You don't need to log-in or sign up, just click on the link and enter the meeting ID.
You will be muted when the class starts, so please feel free to play music, but keep it low so you can clearly hear instruction. If you would like some playlists to listen to, I have lots on my Spotify account for you to choose from - Sharon Iacono
Please ensure you have any props you might need for the practice next to your mat. Blocks/.bolster or pillow /strap or belt /blanket.
Stay hydrated and if you feel unwell/any of the poses don't feel right, always listen to your body and rest when needed.
