We accept walk-in (immediate) appointments on MWFSat from 1130a-6p. Please call us directly at (408) 780-8725 if you want to walk-in, since we need to organize your scan before you arrive. NOTE - our office is locked after hours and weekends unless we know you are arriving. NOTE If you have been vaccinated, we will require proof of at least 2 vaccinations at the time you arrive for the appointment. If not vaccinated fully (at least 2 vaccinations), we ask for any type of COVID test result within 2 days of the appointment with your name and date of birth clearly indicated on the test result. We do not accept unnamed results or photos of results that were done at home. We have a limited number of COVID tests available for unvaccinated patients that have urgent appointments and do not have their own COVID test results but we reserve the right to ask you to get a COVID test elsewhere if we are unable to provide a COVID test. Please, to improve efficiency please get your own COVID test if at all possible. If we have to do a COVID test for you, the appointment may be delayed more than an hour or may have to be rescheduled if we cannot do the test and the appointment on the same day.
Because CT scans usually require preauthorization, please call our office to give us your information. We will schedule your scan as soon as insurance gives authorization for the scan.

NOTE if your appointment is within 24 hours we may not have time to check your insurance until the time of the appointment. In that case, if your insurance check at the time of the appointment shows a patient responsibility that payment will be collected before the scan. Note, if you have a high deductible the allowed amount for the scan is due at the time of service.
