Please purchase a ticket below by following these steps:

1. Click on the class you want to buy

2. Click on the calendar date that it will take place, followed by the time that appears

3. Enter your details so we can email you your access to the class

4. Pay via Paypal (we only accept Paypal payments at this time). All proceeds go to charity.

5. Download Zoom on your laptop or computer in advance of the class. Click on the Zoom link in the email sent to you to join at the scheduled time. You will just need a mat for the sessions.
