Soul Care Sunday is where we gesture the body to nourish the soul. This is shared work between the body, the breath, and the soul where we practice slowly, softly and lovingly. Ground down for 75 minutes of soul-tending care. Blankets, bolsters, blocks, straps, and an eye pillow/mask are encouraged. If you don't have these things, please get creative! Set your space with lighting, candles, essential oils and/ smudge and bring a journal if you'd like!
