This a very gentle and meditative yet powerful style of yoga. Long held asanas (postures) are mixed with breathing exercises in a sequence called the 'Tridosha Balancing Series' as taught by Shri Kali Ashram. This sequence is culturing strength and flexibility in the body while being completely relaxing at the same time.
