Testing location is 500 Wilson Pike Circle, Suite 320, Brentwood, TN, 37027. Please bring a face mask, photo ID and your insurance card. If you do not have insurance the lab will utilize a government provided portal for COVID-19 testing needs. Additional details will be provided upon booking your appointment. Cash price cost, in alignment with CMS pricing, is $100 per test.
