Yoga Flow

A dynamic vinyasa flow yoga class to welcome the middle of the working week after being indoors for the majority of the time. This class will draw upon elements of all aspects of yoga & mindfulness, including conscious breathing and meditation.

Yoga for Stress Relief & Fatigue

1 hour @ £10.00

A class that is based lying down on the yoga mat with a blanket. The class involves a series of movements that are slow, soft and small. It encourages students to feel in the body the sensations of the movements in a supportive and nourishing environment.

The class also helps relieve fatigue through gentle movements of the spine and limbs.
