Thank you for choosing me for you Haircare needs. In order to better serve you, I have created this platform to detail how I operate. Please utilize this tool to aid in choosing/booking the correct service, predict service time frames and get answers to general questions.
I aim to provide the best service possible, I'm investing a great deal in continuing my education both Technically & Professionally. I want to give you a great experience in the fastest way possible.
Moving forward a deposit of $30 is REQUIRED for all client bookings- any service over the amount of $100 REQUIRES a $50 deposit. If you're unable to pay that amount on here -you are responsible for requesting a Paypal Invoice.
When paying w/ cash I will assume whatever is given to me is for me to keep. Please assume that I DO NOT have change. Most of my clients pay electronically. Tips are GREATLY appreciated but not required. Otherwise, please plan on having the exact remaining balance due
My policy is a 24 hr cancellation window. I understand situations arise & I'm pretty reasonable. But late cancellations/no shows affect my life. A 50% cost of service will be accessed for same-day cancels and 100% service cost for no shows.
If you are 15 mins late a $15 late fee will apply. If you are more 20 mins late without contacting me prior- your appt is automatically cancelled.

I DONT WORK ON SATURDAYS!!!! This day is exclusively reserved for Weddings/Events or VIP appointments.
VIP appointments are an add'l fee of $50 + cost of service. I offer "EarlyBird" or "After Hour" appts for an add'l $35 outside of regular business hours
If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW any deposit paid will be forfeited & you will be placed on my "DO NOT SERVICE" list.
Also, If a deposit has been paid & you ask to reschedule but a date hasn't been provided- after 2 weeks your deposit will be forfeited.
Your deposit applies to the total cost of services & the remaining balance due after service can be paid via CASH, SQUARE or Paypal. Client is responsible for merchants processing fees. Cash App is only acceptable with prior approval.
I know this is a big change to many. But with growth & expanding, I want to be able to service everyone. It not only affects me, but also the potential client I had to tell I was booked. I appreciate all my loyal clients for sticking with me through everything.
Extension Services:
Quality Matters! Quality bundles yield Quality Results! I am only as good as the products/tools given to me. If you are new to extensions this is where speaking to me directly is a benefit! I am HERE to help guide you! I supply a Luxury Line of Raw Virgin Hair extensions. If interest, feel free to reach out for pricing.
If you are reusing previously used bundles, they need to be properly washed/conditioned with all the threads removed. Its okay to bring them damp. I will not, however use soaking wet or dirty hair. if you can see visible dirt on your wefts or your bundles are super oily/product buildup you may be asked to reschedule/ be cancelled completely.
With any Lace service provided (Closure/ Frontal or Wig) it MUST be approved by me or purchased through me. Especially for my newbies to this "bundle life" LACE QUALITY is of the utmost importance. I can not guarantee a flawless lace application if the lace will not melt down. If you show up with a quality that will not blend/ will not align in maintaining my standards of integrity I will refuse to service you. If you know me or are a client you know I'm a PERFECTIONIST. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK YOUR LACE, WEAVE INSTALLS OR BRAID SERVICES THROUGH ME IF YOU WILL BE ON A TIME CRUNCH! I do not work well being rushed on these services. Some of my installs can take between 4-6 hours. Please plan accordingly
Due to the nature of services provided/rendered I enforce a strict NO REFUND Policy!!!
