Resident In- Room Visit - Fully Vaccinated Visitors

20 minutes

We welcome Two vaccinated visitors, per Resident per day for all wings:

- Visitors aged 12 years and over must have received a 2nd dose of a COVID vaccination at least 14 days prior to their visit.
- Visitors are strongly encouraged to get a booster vaccine if they eligible, and to have a negative Rapid Antigen Testing (RAT) prior to each visit

Family Gatherings and External Excursions

20 minutes

Make a booking to collect your loved one for a visit with family or friends away from The Gracewood Centre
Please give at least 24 hours notice if you want to take your loved one out of the home.
If no bookings are showing on a particular day, it means all spaces are full.
The visit/excursion should be limited to 2 to 4 hours.
