Setting Appointment

- Send picture of reference before the day of your appointment to confirm pricing.

Deposit & Remaining Balance Transactions
Your debit/credit card will be charged a $25 non refundable deposit plus $2 processing fee; Deposit will be applied to your service cost.
The deposit is a confirmation that you have read this entire page and agree to the statements included. The remaining balance will be due once the service is completed. You can pay in cash or use zelle. Deposit are transferable up to 72 hours before the appointment. Cancellations made under 72 hours will be charged 20% of service cost in addition to the deposit .
Tardiness Policy
Clients are given a 15 minute grace period with communication. Appointments will be canceled after 15 minutes
No Call No Show Policy & Late Cancellation
No call no shows will not be accepted. Failure to communicate will result in not allowing you to book with me. No call no show appointments will be charged 50% of total service cost.
NO REFUND
My mission is to execute every style to my clients expectations. If you are not satisfied, please notify me before leaving the salon. All services are final once you leave the shop.
Weave & Products
I am not responsible for any reactions to products or hair used. Please notify me of any allergies to products or hair prior to the service. If you need special accommodation or have product preference please let me know. If any reactions occur to any products or hair that I use, I do apoligize in advance and recommend notifying the company and seeking medical help. I do not provide refunds but I will accommodate style changes due to physical reactions visibly made by the hair product or hair.
Hair length:
4 inches all around is required for all hairstyles except natural hairstyles (exceptions are made for certain hair conditions).
Social Media/Photo Release
There will be photos and videos that will be taken throughout your appointment. Media content will be used for Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms. If you prefer an image or a face shield to hide your face prior to posting accommodations will be made
