As we continue to see an increase in COVID-19 case locations across NSW, BaptistCare continues to closely monitor all Public Health orders for NSW and ACT. Our absolute priority remains the ongoing safety and well-being of every resident and employee. We recommend you register an account with Acuity after you make your
first booking. This step is optional, however, creating an account will
enable you to change, cancel or view your upcoming appointments.
If you need to cancel an appointment less than 12 hours in advance or are having difficulty making an appointment, please ring Orana Reception on 02 4337 5400.
If you are booking an appointment for another family member, please make the booking in their name and their number in case we need to contact them.
