Three parts to the Beginners Programme:
1) A private 1h zoom or in person session (in the Blissness studio, North Berwick) with Jo where she will introduce you to many of the concepts of Kundalini Yoga that are helpful to get going and feel confident about the practice. You can discuss whatever you are looking for and how this practice can support you.
2) Three 1.5hr public classes (can be live or zoom). Arrange at first session.
3) Review chat (20 mins) and personalised set.
