The appointment is done over a secured video called platform. The participant needs to have a computer connected to the internet with microphone and speaker/headphone capability.

Drop-in One-on-one Support is offered various times during the week. You will have the opportunity to talk with a supporter (counselor or peer support worker). Please select the date and time you would like us to reach out to you over the phone.
Peer Support Groups

Nourishment and Me: Food and Body Image Group is a peer-run drop in group for those facing body image and food concerns. The group is supportive, open and inclusive to those experiencing body image and food issues on a continuum. The safe space will allow for peer support and sharing of our journeys to being at peace in our own skin and uniqueness. The group runs on 2nd and 4th Monday at 7PM.

The General Peer Support group runs every Monday (except Stat Holidays) from 1PM to 3PM virtually. The group is for anyone identifying with having mental health challenges who is looking for support from a group of empathetic peers.

Early Psychosis Intervention Family Forum is a psycho-education and peer support group for family members and supporters of those living with psychosis challenges. The group meets 1st and 3rd Monday from 7PM to 8:50PM (expect for Stat Holiday).

The BIPOC Peer Support group runs on 1st and 3rd Monday from 7PM to 8:50PM virtually. The group is for anyone identifying as part of the BIPOC community living with mental health challenges and looking for support from a group of empathetic peers.

The Courage and Compassion Peer Support group runs on 4th Wednesday monthly from 7PM to 8:50PM virtually. The group is for anyone living with depression challenges and looking for support from a group of empathetic peers.

The LGBTQ Peer Support group runs on 1st and 3rd Wednesday from 7PM to 8:50PM virtually. The group is for anyone identifying as part of the LGBTQ+ community living with mental health challenges and looking for support from a group of empathetic peers.

The Youth and Young Adult Peer Support group runs every Wednesday from 7PM to 8:50PM virtually. The group is for anyone identifying as youth and young adult (16-30) living with mental health challenges and looking for support from a group of empathetic peers.

Hope + Me is offering free group peer support sessions to family members and those helping a loved one living with a mental health challenge, who has received or continues to receive support from Hope + Me and Sunnybrookâs Department of Psychiatry or Family Navigation Project. The group meets every 3rd Wednesday at 6:30 PM.
