The Courage and Compassion Peer Support group runs on 4th Wednesday monthly from 7PM to 8:50PM virtually. The group is for anyone living with depression challenges and looking for support from a group of empathetic peers.

The Sunnybrook family support group is for family members of loved ones who have received support (past or current) from Sunnybrook Department of Psychiatry or who are being supported by the Family Navigation Project. The group meets every 3rd Wednesday at 6:30PM.
