The focus of this class is to move mindfully with integration of body, heart and mind. You'll use the body-mind relationship to change the way you feel in your body and learn how to truly move the way you were designed.
Class themes can include balance, breathing, precision, control, coordination, centering and flow. Spine stability, mobility and integration will be incorporated as well. We will finish the session with a short mindfulness practice.
