You MUST have your completed application and any additional documentation available at the time of your scheduled appointment.
If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a no show and your appointment will be canceled requiring you to reschedule for a later time which may not be the same day.
NOTE: If you make an appointment and no show more than once you may not be able to obtain another appointment and will be required to apply online.
