Winter Yoga Intensive with Donna via Zoom 7-8am | 9 - 12th August
Join Donna for 4 morning classes that will support you to deepen into your connection with your body and being. Amongst the stress and tension of what many are currently feeling, it is possible to deepen into our inner-most and develop the quality of stillness which provides a support for us to handle whatever challenges we may be faced with in life.
Classes include gentle stretching and strengthening exercises along with some very simple meditation, appropriate for beginners and all students.
