Balanced Practice Flow classes balance therapeutic movement with the subtlety of breath and moving meditation, blending Liz's physiotherapy know-how and the tools of yoga. Each student is offered an individualised experience of breath, body and mind, to cultivate a calm mind, resilient body and a deeper sense of integrated health.
