Pick up information will be sent with your paid invoice. Our pick up location is located in Richmond Hill, ON (Leslie Street and Highway 7 Area).
Please do not visit our pick up location unless you have a scheduled appointment.
If you show up without an appointment or do not show up at your scheduled time, you will be asked to leave and/or re-schedule (no exceptions).
We will be offering a contactless pick up only.
Please reverse into the loading dock area and provide your full name to one of our staff members; you may be asked for government issued ID (Driver's License or Health Card Only). They will then leave your order on the loading dock for you. Should you need assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. For larger orders and those with pallets, please bring help.

**ONLY ONE APPOINTMENT IS REQUIRED FOR MULTIPLE ORDERS. IF YOU ARE PICKING UP MULTIPLE ORDERS, ALL INVOICES OR PADDLE NUMBERS MUST BE NOTED WHEN SCHEDULING YOUR APPOINTMENT.
