YOU MUST BE ASYMPTOMATIC (WITHOUT
SYMPTOMS) TO BE TESTED. TEST FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU HAVE
SYMPTOMS ON ARRIVAL, YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY.
Your specimen will be collected using a shallow nasal swab that is inserted about an inch into each nostril. We offer two different COVID tests; a lab-based RT-PCR test and a rapid molecular test. Both tests utilize Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (NAAT). Both tests are approved by the FDA for use under the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) policy.
If you selected our lab-based test, your specimen will be collected and then then sent overnight to a high-complexity, CLIA-Accredited lab, where it will be analyzed to detect the presence of viral genetic material (RNA). A positive result indicates an active infection.
If you selected our rapid molecular test, your specimen will be collected and then analyzed at our facility. Results are ready on the same day and will be emailed to you when completed.
NOTE:
IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT
TEST. IF YOU ARE USING THIS TEST TO MEET TRAVEL,
PRE-SURGICAL/PRE-PROCEDURE, RETURN TO WORK OR PRE-EMPLOYMENT
REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ORDERING THE CORRECT TEST
(RT-PCR, ANTIGEN OR ANTIBODY). THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR INCORRECTLY ORDERED TESTS.
TRAVEL
TESTING: IF YOU ARE USING THIS TEST TO MEET TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS, PLEASE
CHECK WITH THE DESTINATION TRAVEL CITY'S WEBSITE TO ENSURE THAT THIS
TEST WILL WORK FOR YOU. FOR EXAMPLE, HAWAII AND CHINA HAVE VERY SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS AND MAY ONLY ACCEPT TESTS DONE AT SPECIFIC TEST SITES.
TURNAROUND TIME FOR TEST RESULTS: For our lab-based test, your specimen collection will take just a few minutes and your results will take 24 - 36 hours to come back. PLEASE NOTE: This time begins the day AFTER your specimen is collected.For our rapid molecular test, you will receive your results on the same day that you were tested.
CANCELLATION/REFUND FEES - PLEASE READ!
CANCELLATIONS WILL BE CHARGED A PROCESSING FEE OF $5 to $10, DEPENDING ON THE PRICE OF YOUR TEST). THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE REFUNDED BACK TO THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD USED.

IF YOU ARE SYMPTOMATIC UPON ARRIVAL FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL NOT BE TESTED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOU DO NOT SHOW UP WITHOUT CANCELING OR RESCHEDULING, NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.
