-NO extra people or children are permitted.

-There is a 15min grace period before you are considered a no show/late cancel.

-Please refrain from showing up to your appointment more than 15min before your appointment without notice.

-Please refrain from walking straight back to the treatment room, have a seat in the lobby until I greet you.

-There is a 15% non-refundable deposit required when booking all appointments.

-There is a 50% no-show fee for all services and late cancellations.

-NO refunds

-No call/No show= banned from booking any future appointments or services.

-Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times, after that appointments will be cancelled.

-Please come to your appointment with clean lashes! Clean lashes= better retention

-Please schedule your fill 2-3 weeks after your original appointment. Fills scheduled outside of this range will be charged as a full set.

-No cellphone usage during your lash appointment

-For best sugaring results, hair should be at least a rice grain long or longer. DO NOT TRIM, if needed i will trim hair before the start of service.

-YES, you can get sugared on your cycle. You must wear a fresh tampon or menstrual cup to your appointment. If sanitary conditions are not met, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full amount of the service.

-Emergency appointments must be paid in FULL when booking. Appointments that are partially paid will be cancelled.

-Emergency appointments are NON-refundable. Late cancellations and no-shows will have to be rebooked and an additional service cost must be paid.

-Emergency appointments can NOT be rescheduled to regular appointment slots.
