Chizo’s Hair Parlour

Hey ladies,

Please read ALL the information below before booking with Chizo's Hair Parlour.

Location: Manchester (M5)

Slots are released on the 20th of each month at 6pm.

APPOINTMENTS / RESCHEDULE

- A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required to secure your appointment. The final amount must be paid on the day of your appointment through bank transfer or cash.

- Emergency appointments (within 2-4 days) can be booked at an extra fee of £15 (subject to availability). This can be found on the "Add on" section after choosing your appointment.

- Next Day appointments (within 48 hours) can be booked at an extra fee of £30 (subject to availability).
- Same Day appointments can be booked at an extra fee of £40 subject to availability.
These can be found on the “Add on” section after choosing your appointment.

- You must provide a 48 hour notice if you want to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so within 48 hours will result in your appointment being cancelled, and you will need to rebook with a new deposit.

DROP OFFS

- In your package, please attach your: Full name & appointment date. For wig making services, please also include your head measurements in inches. (See below on how to measure).

- All services require your hair to be dropped off or posted to me no later than 5 days before your appointment. If it is dropped off any later than this, you will be subject to the £15 emergency appointment fee.

- For non-contact services, hair must be picked up on the selected appointment date and time. If this is not possible, please select the "Postage" Add on before paying your deposit to have your hair posted back to you.

LATE POLICY

Arriving on time is critical so please be punctual. If you are going to be late, please inform me as this may affect other appointments.

If you arrive 20 minutes late, you will be charged a late fee of £15. If you arrive any later than 25 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to reschedule.

COLOURING

- Colouring services are only available to clients who are booking a hair appointment or contact free service.

Please DM or Email me to book a colouring Add on. Once booked, hair must be dropped off no later than 7 days before the appointment date.

AFTER BOOKING

Please check your email as a confirmation email will be sent out to you. This will include the address in which you are to send your hair out to.

For install bookings, you will get a reminder email 24 hours before your appointment.

Please note that after 24 hours of your appointment, there is a strict no refund policy. Booking an appointment means you have read and accepted all the policies
