You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise. 2. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge Personal Balance from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of Personal Balance Ltd’s negligence.
3. To adhere to health & safety, please clear the space you wish to use of any hazards including wearing socks on carpeted flooring which might be slippy. We always work in trainers or barefoot.
4. As with all online training, please be aware that you need you to listen to your own body and work within your limits.
