Postpartum Recovery / Return to Exercise (Do it once do it right )
A one off session for those with a specific goal in mind. Whether you are wanting to join group exercise classes, get back into sport or just make sure that your body is recovering properly, this session will help you manage your body safely during your fitness or life goals, whatever they may be.
You also have the option to take home a personalised exercise modification list and note for your trainer to avoid uncomfortable conversations.
