Please note that a $30 non-refundable & non- transferable deposit is required immediately after booking. All remaining balances must be paid in CASH or TAXES will be applied for all EMT’s.

DROP-OFFS

Drop-offs dates are Wednesdays- Saturdays ONLY between the hours of 5pm- 8pm. ( i.e if your appointment is on Wednesday latest drop off is Saturday or select the same day customization.) Please phone, text or email and I have confirmed prior to dropping off.

If you require any customization to your frontals /closures, the hair must be dropped off a minimum of 3 - 7 days before your appointment date. If units are NOT dropped off within 3- 7 days, you will be charged an additional $45. Make sure your first and last name, appointment date and time is written unless you are purchasing from our crownedbyMcollection!

APPOINTMENTS COME OUT ON THE 15TH OF EVERY MONTH.

Absolutely NO Guests and Animals/pets !

Late policy IN FULL EFFECT:

After 10 minutes of your scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay the full amount of your service fee. After 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment, your bookings will be cancelled.

In order to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you email us within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
