Assisted Living patrons have been a special part of our Therapy Program, so we’d like to ask administrators of those facilities to please email us for complimentary scheduling.

As of June 1, 2021, based on current CDC guidelines for COVID, Meadowgate will no longer be requiring masks during farm visits for fully vaccinated guests. For the safety of our family and our staff, if you have recently been in contact with someone who has COVID, please reach out to us for a complimentary rescheduling of your visit.
