1. Indoor, In-Person - Classes (max. 8-10 participants) have to be booked in blocks of 7 to 8-weeks (Drop-Ins are possible if availability allows).

4. Online - Live Classes Packages of 4 and 8 Classes are available (see "Buy Class Session Credits" page, in the menu).
