A sanctuary of gentle, mindful movement accessible for all bodies
in a secular, respectful space.
Inspired by yoga, but free from dogma and oppressive social constructs, this is a safe space where students from diverse backgrounds are empowered to reflect and curate movement on their own terms. Through her extensive training as both a dancer and yogi, Nerine harmonises disciplined structure with free-flowing movement allowing both body and mind the freedom to explore the changing needs of our daily lives.
Classes incorporate the universal tenets of yoga and honour our organic connection with Nature by adapting the practice to complement each season. Our bodies change throughout the year so our movement of choice should reflect that to maintain a healthy balance.
In these small group classes, practitioners are invited to pursue their best selves in an environment free from judgement or comparison, where all bodies, hearts, and minds are respected exactly as they are.

Curvy bodies, seniors, the inflexible and inexperienced alike are encouraged to participate.
All classes are LGBTQIA+ friendly and trauma-sensitive.
