2. Ashley B Jones prides herself on honesty and integrity. While she conducts every reading, healing, and coaching session to the best of her ability, 100% accuracy is not guaranteed, and you may not hear what you are expecting to.

3. All intuitive, tarot, and energy readings, and intuitive coaching sessions, and consultations with Ashley B Jones are for entertainment purposes only. This includes information obtained on www.ashleybjones.com, and Ashley B Jones’s social media platforms.

4. No reading, healing, or coaching session given by Ashley B Jones is intended to, nor should it ever take the place of professional services including but not limited to: medical, legal, financial, business, psychological, therapy, and/or counseling.

5. Ashley B Jones nor www.ashleybjones.com accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions or decisions any client chooses to take or make based on his/her reading or consultation with Ashley Jones as well as content created by Ashley B Jones including but not limited to Instagram and blog posts.

6. You agree to absolutely indemnify and hold harmless Ashley Jones, their heirs, relatives, employees, subcontractors, agents, or assignees in perpetuity and throughout all known and unknown universes against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s). Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Ashley B Jones and Daughter of the Sun LLC from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).

7. Copyright and Confidentiality laws apply. You agree you will not publish, share, display, distribute, and/or archive any material, photo, video, content, etc without written permission from Ashley Jones.

8. Social Media: You may share my content on appropriate social media outlets as long as appropriate attribution is given.

9. You have read and understand our Privacy Policy.

10. Except in the case of gross negligence or malpractice, I or my representative(s) agree to fully release and hold harmless Ashley B Jones and Daughter of the Sun LLC from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature arising out of or in connection with my session(s).

11. Payment Policies: Sessions may be canceled with a 100% refund as long as written notice is given 48 hours in advance. Any session canceled or rescheduled without 48 hours notice and due to nonemergency is subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Sessions canceled without 12 hours notice and due to nonemergency are nonrefundable. After completion, sessions are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed session. Once purchased, all sessions, gifts, and packages are non-refundable and their value may only be used towards credit. If for whatever reason, Ashley B Jones cannot fulfill the session, you will receive a refund for the amount unused. Upon your purchase all terms are agreed to.
