This program combines a series of low-impact stretching exercises with mindfulness breathwork and meditation practices to balance The Body, Mind, & Soul.
Reiki / Reflexology / Chakra Balancing
Available at Arlington Va. USA / Sydney Australia.
Each 60 minute session is tailored to the individual needs of the client, in order to achieve emotional & physical balance.
Finding Freedom in Marriage
We share western sciences & eastern practices guiding you both toward a relationship where you can "Live Life Together", rather than simply exist.
Each session includes 1 hour (couples) in-person coaching , couples' information packages, and eastern mindfulness-based practices designed to change unproductive habitual behaviors - through small steps.
Each 1 Hour session of the program is charged at a rate of $165 per session.
