This program combines a series of low-impact stretching exercises with mindfulness breathwork and meditation practices to balance The Body, Mind, & Soul.

Each 60 minute session is tailored to the individual needs of the client, in order to achieve emotional & physical balance.
Weekly Mindfulness & Meditation Group Class
We share eastern practices of mindfulness & meditation, to address western lifestyle pressures.
Learn how to "Live Life", rather than simply exist.
* In person group session Monthly
* Zoom group session weekly (Mondays 7pm)
*Each session includes guidance in eastern mindfulness-based practices designed to create inner calm and offer a clear pathway forward. Teachings are offered in practical terms, a pdf worksheet is presented via email, & reviewed the following week (Q&A).
