Adapted and brought to the United States from the Fijian Islands by Lolita Knight, this style of barefoot massage is performed on a cushioned floor mat, with the client clothed. Fijian Massage incorporates specific, deep pressure followed by a vigorous jostle movement to the larger muscle groups.

This advanced-level class empowers the experienced myofascial ashiatsu barefoot massage therapist to work with more difficult single and double footed strokes, potentially applying their full body weight as kneaded. Strokes are performed with the client in Prone, Anterior and Sidelying positions, while the therapist massages from varying angles of pressure to achieve a safe, deep, fascial barefoot massage session focusing on structural alignment.

This for diving deeper into your technique and theory. We can work on each other or obtain a practice body for specific work and body mechanics.

A post partum doula is someone who comes to your house and helps you transition to life with a new baby. I can also help with cooking, cleaning, and other children in the home.

Meals and food are our fuel. And no one can prepare you for the insatiable hunger you feel post birth and while nursing. Warm, comforting foods are needed to heal and repair. This service includes meal organization and actual preparing of foods. Any nutritional restrictions are considered. Food prep prior to brith is also part of this service.

With origins in Malaysia, but also found in many other countries and cultures, this ancient art form is designed to support the mother after giving birth. The belly bind may provide relief in diastasis recti, postural alignment, and emotional support. This can be done at our office or in your home. We can teach you to self bind or your partner to support you.

This is your traditional pregnancy massage option. The pregnant person will be bolstered in side-lying position and special attention is paid to stress relief, tension relief, and pain relief.

We don’t have a lot of information on the effects of may-based massage in pregnancy. Using a predictable and repeatable series of movements and compressions, we hope to paint a picture of the effects of mat-based massage in pregnancy, childbirth, and post partum healing. This research is fully self-funded and recorded to compile in the future.

Connect with your baby using sensory input. Some babies experiencing digestive discomfort and colic may find infant massage to be soothing and stimulating.

Babies come out when they are ready. There's not much we can do to force that but we can create the most optimal environment. This is a gentle way to encourage baby to find his/her best spot in the pelvis. This can be me guiding you (or your partner) through various movements with or wo me touching your body.
