Whether this is your main form of movement or you simply desire a quick break in your daily routine join us for this 30-minute practice. Poses are practiced seated in a chair or standing and using the chair for balance.
Required prop: a straight-backed chair with no arm rests.

Join me for a 60-minute gentle movement class! This class combines gentle yoga stretches and poses with basic qi gong movements, and will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and rejuvenated. Plenty of modifications will be offered. This is a beginner-friendly class, but to fully enjoy your practice, you should be able to get up and down from the floor without assistance.
Props: mat, strap, blocks, yoga blanket or towel.
