Click on the class you want to attend
Click on the day you want to attend (days available will be highlighted)
If you are signing up for one class, click 'Continue'
If you are signing up for more than one class, click on 'Add a Time' and then click on another day
Once complete choosing your days, Click on the 'Continue' button at the bottom
Enter required information, read the waiver-liability form and click the checkbox
If there is a charge, click 'Pay Now', you will be redirected to the PayPal site. Either enter a PayPal account or scroll down and click on 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card'
Once complete, you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
Slow Flow Foundations Yoga - Wed 5:30 pm
This class is a slow paced vinyasa style class. Enjoy slowing down, while building both flexibility, balance and strength while working with your breathe. By taking more time in each pose, it can help you build strength and gain flexibility while still flowing between postures. You will be able to gain more confidence in poses having more time to explore how they feel in your body. Modifications will be offered throughout the class. Appropriate for All Levels.
Yoga For All - Mon 6:00 pm
An easy to follow flow of postures, with an emphasis on alignment and breath. We will focus on stretching the body while gaining flexibility, balance and strength. Modifications and variations will be offered to increase or decrease intensity of the class.
