Please Read Below CAREFULY....
All clientele are required to read and follow instructions below.
All Clients MUST have a facial mask on during appointment. If you do not have a mask, one can be supplied for you. No mask, No appointment. Upon arrival, all clientele will be asked to go wash your hands.
Now for the Exquisite Booking Policies & Procedures:
When booking your appointment please be sure to add all services you will need done. If it is not added at the time of booking, depending on time frame available, you may not be able to add it on the day of the service. A nonrefundable fee of $10 will be charged at the time of booking. Deposit will be applied goes to services booked. If you are unable to book the selected service, that means there are no available appointments at the time, you can DM or email us. If an appointment time is able to be created we will charge a "Fit In Fee" of $25.
Late Policy & Reschedules:
If you are 15+ minutes late for your appointment time, a $20 fee will be applied to your total service. After 30 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be Cancelled and your card on file will be charged 100% of your service total. Same day cancellations 100% of your service will be charged. If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, I MUST receive notice within 24 hours to avoid fees. If appointment is rescheduled within the same day as cancellation, fees will be applied to next appointment.
No Call No Show:
If you do not show up to your appointment at your scheduled time, and do not contact me to make me aware that is considered a No call No show and your card on file will be charged 100% of your service total. You will no longer be able to book appointments via booking site. Your next appointment deposit will double.
I do NOT offer refunds on any of my work. If you have an issue with your lash set within the first 48 hours, PLEASE contact me ASAP, so we can find a resolution. If it is after 48hours, you would have to reschedule another appointment.
I do NOT work over anyone else's work. If you'd like to book with me, you must book a lash removal FIRST then select the desired lash set. If this is not done, lash removal will be added on at the time of service if time permits, if not you will have to re-schedule your apt.
PLEASE do not bring any EXTRA guest with you to your appointment without notifying me FIRST. They will be asked to sit outside in vehicle until your appointment is completed.
By booking with me you are agreeing to follow everything stated above.
