This program is limited to unowned, free-roaming cats in Lake County. All cats will be ear-tipped. Kittens must be a minimum of FOUR pounds (four months) to be eligible for this program. The cost is $10/cat. You trap, we sterilize and vaccinate, you return the cats to their outdoor home.
