The Deep Unwind

These classes are slow, embodied explorations of release, softness and presence in the body. Connect to your body, through movements from yoga, Feldenkrais, and other somatioc practices as we unwind tension, repattern the movements of the spine, and come into deep harmony with our bodies.
Yoga Choreography class
This class is based around a movement sequence, based on yoga, but with unusual transitons and a variety of strength and mobility training movements. It is playful and creative. Please try to warm up a little before the class starts.
