If you have already booked an appointment and are changing it to a new one you must cancel the previous one. If you want to change the time of your appointment or cancel it go to your confirmation e-mail and then select the button that says change/cancel appointment. When you click that button then you can either reschedule or change . If you are unable to do so yourself you must e-mail me and I can do it for you. Failing to do this means YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR BOTH APPOINTMENTS WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT MY OFFICE!
