As an initial consultation, I suggest booking a two-hour Personalized Integrated Session. This session will allow us to combine spiritual guidance, pattern shifting, and energy work, focusing on the situation you present. During an Integrated session, I like to go with the flow with whatever comes up and address it with what seems best. You are an active participant the whole time.

All sessions are in person at my Toronto location, unless you specify in the comments section that you wish a video session. You will receive the Zoom connection details once your appointment has been confirmed.
