The initial consultation is our first session together. We’ll explore what you want to achieve and create a treatment plan. I’ll explain how hypnotherapy works and we’ll briefly explore how the mind works in relation to your issues. We don’t use hypnosis in this first session, however you'll receive a hypnotic relaxation track to listen to at home which sets the wheels in motion for your subsequent sessions.
