Booking policy

- All appointments require a deposit of £15, this will be deducted from your final price. One deposit per service, therefore if you book two separate services, you will need to pay two deposits. The deposit should be paid by card payment. Deposits are not refundable.

- If you want a design that is not listed in my website, or you are unsure of what to choose or how to book it, please contact us and we will get back to you within 24h.

- The studio opens from 10:00 to 6:00 pm, anything before or after that, will be considered out of hours and a £15 fee will be added.

- Make sure to plan your journey ahead as if you arrive more than 10 minutes late you will be charged an extra £10, after 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled. If you cannot attend the appointment, please let us know 24h in advance, otherwise you will be charged 100% of your appointment final price, you appointment will be cancelled and you will have to pay a new deposit to book.

- Where possible, all remaining payments would be taken via card, Apple Pay or Android Pay. If you are paying by cash, please bring the exact amount.

Appointment policy

- When you arrive to the building send us a text or dm on Instagram and we will go downstairs to let you in.

- Please arrive to your appointment with bare nails, if you have acrylic or gel, even if is just on few nails, book a removal beforehand. You are able to book your removal with us as long as the previous set has been made by one of our technicians.

- Unfortunately, extra guests are not allowed as is a small studio.

- We do not remove or work on other nail technicians due to the high-quality products we use.

- We are happy to fix any repairs within 72h of your appointment. Thereafter a charge of £3 per nail will be applied, the price may increase if the nail has extras like crystals, 3D flowers or custom nail art. Please contact us to schedule any repairs.

Additional Information

- You will receive an appointment confirmation by email, right after you book it and a day before the service. This email contains the total price, location, travel advice and appointment time.
