Mindful: Merging the practice of Hatha yoga with the practice of mindfulness, exploring sensations and feelings as they arise. I will guide you towards ease in your body and calmness of mind. cultivating moment to moment awareness.

This accessible class has all the things you love about yoga and is particularly good if you prefer a more gentle form of yoga or are recovering from illness or injury. There is no getting up and down from the floor and a chair can be used for additional comfort and support during standing postures. We’ll be stretching, keeping joints mobile, building strength and improving balance. Learning to relax and breath work will help with sleep problems, anxiety and stress.

A floor based yoga practice, inspired by yin and restorative yoga, allowing you to rest and relax into a series of postures. With longer holds to allow for gradual stretch and release, you will be supported by props such as cushions, pillows and blankets, and maybe yoga blocks and bolsters if you have them. This is a healing and nurturing class, culminating in the deeply relaxing practice of Yoga Nidra.
